LEADERSHIP TEAM

PMTC is led by a team combining EMS clinical expertise, academic coordination, and operational management across its Ghana and UAE operations.

  • Antwi B. Akwasi — Chief Executive Officer: Provides overall strategic and executive leadership for PMTC, including its growth strategy across Ghana and the UAE.
  • Rhoda Boakye Sarpong (RMN) — Managing Director: Oversees day-to-day institutional management, including leading PMTC’s AREMT Training Centre Accreditation process and approving PMTC’s quality and policy documentation.
  • Daniel Asare — Medical Director: Provides clinical oversight and medical governance for PMTC’s training standards and clinical placement programme.
  • Alister — Instructor & International Coordinator: Coordinates PMTC’s academic programming and international pathway support for graduates.
  • Paul Assuah — Local & International Lead Coordinator: Leads coordination of PMTC’s training operations and programme delivery, locally and internationally.
  • Sylvanus — Instructor: Member of PMTC’s AREMT-certified instructor team delivering hands-on training to trainees.

PMTC’s Ghana-based training team is recognised as the Ghana Regional AREMT Faculty:
