ACCREDITATION & AFFILIATIONS

PMTC’s training standards are anchored to internationally recognised curricula and professional bodies, giving graduates a credential base that is portable across Ghana, the wider region, and international markets such as the UAE.

  • AREMT: Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians — PMTC is an AREMT Accredited Testing and Training Centre, and is undergoing formal Training Centre Accreditation (Reference: PMTC-AREMT/ACC/2026-07). PMTC’s EMT curriculum is delivered under the AREMT curriculum, which is built on the US-DOT EMT curriculum.
  • Ghana Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC): PMTC’s local Ghanaian accreditation body, providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) engagement and supporting national regulatory alignment.
  • NHRCA (UK): National Human Resource Certification Academy UK — accredited institute affiliation supporting international recognition of PMTC’s training standards.
  • EMSAR: Emergency Medical Services Accreditation and Recognition — affiliation within the broader EMS accreditation and registry landscape.
  • SEAPHECC: South East Asia Prehospital Emergency Care College — affiliation supporting PMTC’s standing within regional prehospital and emergency care certification frameworks.
  • DIMS Medical Services: International affiliation supporting PMTC’s presence and graduate pathways in the United Arab Emirates.

Together, these affiliations and the ongoing accreditation process are central to PMTC’s positioning as a credible, internationally referenced training provider — and to its ability to support graduates through Dataflow Primary Source Verification (PSV) checks required by employers and regulators (DOH, DHA, MOH) in the UAE.
