EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Promedics Training & Consultancy Ltd. (PMTC) is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Paramedic training institution headquartered in Kumasi, Ghana, with an operational presence in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. PMTC delivers its training under the Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT) curriculum, which is itself built on the United States Department of Transportation (US-DOT) EMT curriculum, positioning its graduates against internationally recognised prehospital care standards.

The company operates a structured three-phase pathway — Training, Clinical Placement, and Employment — that takes trainees from classroom instruction through supervised clinical attachment with partners such as the Ghana National Ambulance Service, and on to certification and employment support, including pathways into the United Arab Emirates healthcare and ambulance sector supported by an international affiliation with DIMS Medical Services.

PMTC’s core business spans six service lines: EMT and Paramedic training, clinical placement, CPR/BLS certification, EMS consultancy, international pathway support, and certification support (including AREMT registration and Dataflow Primary Source Verification processing for graduates seeking to practise abroad).

Enrolment has grown steadily from 16 trainees in FY2024 to 20 in FY2025 and 22 year-to-date in FY2026, and the company is pursuing formal AREMT Training Centre accreditation to underpin the next phase of growth. A five-year growth plan targets 100 trainees per year by Year 5, supported by an expanding footprint in Ghana and a growing international placement pipeline into the UAE. PMTC is presented here as an investment-ready institution combining a recognised curriculum, active accreditation processes, clinical partnerships, and a proven, growing student base.
